Career Highlights:
- Conduct weekly target searches of both passive and active candidates, contacting over 5,000 individuals electronically. Formulated a variety of scripts and autoresponders that greatly increase the response rate.
- Maintain a resume database of over one million professionals in the areas of IT, Intel, finance/accounting, sales, biotech, and engineering. Continually added over 2,000 passive and active candidates each month.
- Implemented and managed a passive sourcing and screening strategy that identified over 10,000 college-degreed educators to fill 1,300+ full-time seasonal positions for the 2007-08 program year.
- Lead the development and implementation of all recruitment strategies, programs, and processes and was a strategic business partner with company hiring managers to attract and hire “A-list” players.
- Supervised a team of five recruiters and orchestrated a successful government contract recompete at the National Security Agency, requiring 362 highly cleared IT professionals with signed contingent offers, within a 62-day window.
- Reduced time-to-hire by 80 percent, averaging less than five business days from initial candidate identification to formal offer delivery and acceptance.
